Since the fall of man, when sin entered the world, all creation has been in need of a Healer. There are no exceptions, no one that is exempt from the disease of sin. For example, Pai and Sovaneth, from GROW Hope Cambodia, were forced into survival mode when their father was imprisoned for killing their mother. Even though an older relative stepped up to help them, provisions were still not adequate with three additional mouths to feed. So, Pai at the age of 12, started doing odd jobs for the neighbors and others to help contribute, only to continue to fall short of meeting the nutritional needs of herself and siblings. The lack of healthy provisions left Pai’s immunity depleted and unable to fight typhoid fever. It left her sister weak with a bloating stomach and skin issues.
