Education is one of the most powerful ways GROW helps break cycles of poverty, exploitation, and hopelessness for vulnerable children in Thailand and Cambodia. Many of the children who enter GROW’s care come from remote villages or extremely unstable situations where access to consistent education is limited or nonexistent. Some arrive academically behind because of neglect, trauma, or years spent trying simply to survive. Through the loving support of GROW, these children are given opportunities to attend school, receive tutoring, develop life skills, and begin discovering the gifts and abilities God has placed within them.

At GROW, education is about far more than academics. It is about helping children grow emotionally, spiritually, socially, and practically into healthy young men and women prepared for the future ahead of them. Children are encouraged to dream, set goals, develop responsibility, and build confidence in a safe and supportive environment. From learning basic reading and writing skills to pursuing university degrees or vocational training, every step forward represents growth, healing, and new opportunity. The Art Therapy and Training Center also helps equip children with creative and practical skills such as sewing, jewelry making, and salon training, giving them additional tools for future independence and success.
