An 11 Year Old Boy’s Story
At 11 years old, B has already overcome many challenges. Born in northeastern Thailand, he has never met his father. After his mother remarried, she left B in the care of relatives in Chiang Mai. This large household was already struggling with high expenses and the care of sick family members, making it difficult to provide B—who has special needs—with the consistent care and attention he required.
Life was unstable and hard for B, but everything began to change two
years ago when he came to live at GROW Home.
At GROW, B finally found the safety, stability, and love every child deserves. He has blossomed in this nurturing environment-developing emotionally, spiritually, and academically. He loves to sing and dance, and he has learned how to pray. His schoolwork has shown steady improvement as he builds confidence and learns to form positive relationships with others. B’s joy is contagious, and his growth has been inspiring to everyone who knows him.
His story is a testament to what can happen when a child is placed in a supportive, faith-filled environment. With continued love, prayer, and encouragement, B is discovering the beautiful future God has planned for him.
