At GROW, we are not just looking to provide adequate care for the children God has placed with us, but we want to give excellent care, the same as we would do for our own children. Our focus is on quality care, not necessarily quantity.  For example, one thing we do is grow much of our own food in Thailand to limit processing, making a healthier product, even though others may see that as an unnecessary step.  In addition, GROW makes sure every child receives yearly medical and dental checkups. We want to be proactive in the children’s health and well-being. GROW also encourages children to be involved in school activities. We want the GROW children to be excellent leaders in their community. Faa wants the children to model to others God’s excellent love and care that they have received at GROW. We believe that our work in caring for the children at GROW is for the Lord, therefore, we work for the mark of excellence. While striving to do our best for the children with what we have, we often receive criticism, even from other believers. We are not striving for the approval of man, but to honor God with the best we can do with what He has given us for these children and their families who need Jesus.
